Text Message Privacy Policy

You may elect to receive text messages from us. When you sign up to receive text messages, we will send you information about promotional offers and more. These messages may use information automatically collected based on your actions while on our sites and may prompt messaging such as cart abandon messages (IE Cookies). To the extent you voluntarily opt to have Text notifications sent directly to your mobile phone, we receive and store the information you provide, including your telephone number or when you read a text message. You will leave this Website for a separately managed online site where you can specify your preferences. We may use more than one third party company for placing this advertising, which would require you to opt out of each company.

Children’s Privacy

Our Website, App, and Social Media Pages are intended for adults. No one under the age of 16 should share any personal information with us, including by creating an account or making a purchase from our Website. We do not knowingly collect personal information of children under the age of 16. Sweepstakes and Competitions

In the course of sweepstakes and competitions we process the data of the participants for the execution of the sweepstakes. Further information on the processing of your data within the scope of the individual sweepstakes as well as any consent to the publication of their names or contributions to the sweepstakes will be provided to the users within the conditions of participation of the respective sweepstakes.

This measure is in place to help ensure that Personal Information is not disclosed to any person who does not have the right to receive it.
