At Henckels, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, our return policy allows you to return items within 60 days from the date of delivery.
Returns sent without a Return Authorization will not be accepted. Please be aware that return shipping costs are non-refundable. Make sure to follow our new return instructions, as we cannot be held responsible for returns sent without prior authorization.
